Although I have built different types of steel string in the past, I currently only have one steel string model with one derived model. The Sempiternal Jazz and the Sempiternal Jazz Silk & Steel. The difference between the two is purely the construction of the top because of the difference in string tension. The fact that I only have one model at the moment does not mean that I am not open to a Custom-made design at the request of a customer. What makes the Sempiternal Steel string so special is the unique construction of the top. Customers describe this instrument as a new sound unlike any other Steel string. Despite the small body, an incredible depth and clarity in the root with an infinite amount of overtones and a very large sustain. I like to build this instrument in the combination of Brazilian Rosewood combined with Honduras Mahogany, but of course I am open to any individual request.
